How do I place an order?

Choose the product(s) that you would like and select the preferred color, size and amount and click on “Add to cart”. When you have added all the items you want, pick your preferred shipping method, proceed to checkout and use one of the relevant payment options.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes that’s possible! Just contact us for a date and time and you are welcome to pick up your order at our storage in Waalwijk, the Netherlands.

What payment options do you accept?

Online:

In the checkout you can select most payment options like Bank transfer, Paypal and local options.

Offline:

By appointment it is also possible to pick up and pay for your order at our storage in Waalwijk, the Netherlands. There we accept cash and card payments.

What is the shipping time?

We start working on your order as soon as possible. But there may be a processing time between 1 – 3 days. You’ll get an email once your order is shipped.

The shipping time is generally within a week for Europe and within three weeks for the rest of the world. You can contact us anytime for a more precise calculation!

Can I return my products?

If there is something wrong with the product(s). Please contact us within 14 days after your order arrived.

Earrings can’t be returned because of hygienic reasons.

The original shipping costs will be refunded when the whole order is returned, when part of the order is returned then only the amount for the products will be refunded.

Return shipment costs are for the customer.

The product(s) can’t be returned if the items arrived in good condition and the goods are as described as in the description.

The returned product(s) need to be in a new condition otherwise we can’t refund the full amount. If the product is not returned in a new condition, we will determine the sale price and refund that amount.

Can I exchange my product?
